Common Questions

Honest answers to what parents ask us most, before they begin. If yours is not here, we are only a message away.

1 - Getting started
How do I begin with Pathway?

The simplest way is the Starter Experience: one real session in your home. If you would rather talk first, book a free call with a program manager. For a deeper, personal conversation, book a paid consultation with our founder, Raghav (part of its fee adjusts into your plan if you enrol). There is never any obligation to continue.

What exactly is the Starter Experience, and is it a real session or just a demo?

It is a full, real session, not a demo. A trained Prodigy Coach comes to your home and runs a complete session, the same as any in the program, with more than twenty activities tailored to your child. It adjusts into your enrolment if you continue.

What happens after I book the Starter Experience?

You receive an instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp. We then call you to understand your child and schedule the session at a time that suits you.

If you have any questions or concerns, you email us at support@raisingsuperstars.in, or simply reply to the confirmation email you receive, and we will typically respond within a day.

After the Starter Experience, am I committed to continuing?

Not at all. It commits you to nothing further. If you continue, we suggest a plan that fits. If not, you simply stop, with no follow-ups and no pressure.

2 - is PATHWAY IS RIGHT FOR US?
What ages is Pathway for?

For the whole of early childhood, from the first months of life right up to the years just before formal school, roughly birth to six. You can join at any age, and the program grows with your child.

Should we really start from birth, or wait until my baby is older?

The earlier you can begin, the better. A baby's brain forms faster in the first years than at any other time, with around 75% of its architecture built by age two. It is never about pressure, and it is never too late, but the sooner you start, the more of this once-only window your child still has ahead of them.

My child is already a toddler, is it too late to start?

Not in the least. The early years are long, and a great deal of this window is still ahead of you. Pathway begins wherever your child is today and grows with them.

My child goes to daycare or playschool, should we still join?

You are welcome to do both, and many families do. But you do not need to. Pathway is one-on-one and designed entirely around your child, which makes it a more complete early education than any group setting. For many families, it is all the early learning their child needs.

3 - INSIDE A SESSION
What actually happens in a session?

Your coach arrives with everything needed and sets up in minutes. Then a fast, joyful flow of more than twenty short activities, across movement, language, memory, problem-solving, creativity, music, and more. It feels like pure play, and it is entirely screen-free. At the end, your coach leaves a handwritten note with her feedback in your child's Prodigy Passport diary.

Coaches don’t improvise sessions or “teach from instinct". They follow a carefully designed system — adapting pacing and interaction to your child, while keeping the underlying structure consistent.

How often does a coach visit, and how long is each session?

You decide how many sessions a week. Each is about 45 to 60 minutes of active learning. For our youngest we usually set aside around 90 minutes in total, so there is room for a nap or a nappy change, and nothing feels rushed.

Do I need to be present, and what is my role as a parent?

For everyone's safety, at least one parent or familiar caregiver must be in the room throughout. Your coach leads; your real role is the encouragement and the little moments between visits. That is where much of the magic happens.

Will the coach handle or care for my baby during the session?

Your coach is there for the learning activities only. All handling and care stays with you or the caregiver. Coaches do not pick up or carry your baby, and do not help with feeding, nappy changes, bathing, or dressing.

What support do I get between sessions?

Handwritten feedback after every session, an app to follow progress, a private community of Pathway parents, invitations to expert-led talks, and our team within reach. The care does not stop when the coach leaves.

4 - COACHES, SAFETY, QUALITY
Who comes into my home, and how are coaches chosen and trained?

Every Prodigy Coach is a qualified early-years educator, chosen as much for warmth as for credentials. They go through several rounds of training and shadow experienced coaches across 40 to 50 real sessions before they are certified.

Are coaches background and police verified?

Yes. Every coach is background checked and police verified before they ever enter your home, and we provide you the police-verification certificate.

How do you keep quality consistent across sessions?

Every session is checked three ways: handwritten Passport notes we transcribe; an activity log you can see and verify in your app; and an audio recording of every session audited by our AI against the plan, then by our academic team.

Is my family's privacy protected?

Completely. Sessions are recorded in audio only, never video, purely so we can audit quality. Recordings are stored securely, and the whole process is built around your family's privacy.

5 - LEARNING, OUTCOMES, AND PLAYKIT
What will my child actually learn?

Everything that matters in the early years, across the whole child. Our Prodigy Framework develops the body, the mind, creativity, emotional strength, and an inner sense we call Prodigy Sense. The specifics are matched to your child's stage.

Will this put any pressure on my baby?

Quite the opposite. No tests, no benchmarks, no comparisons. Babies are born loving to learn, and every activity is designed to feel like joyful play. If something does not feel right on a given day, we adapt it.

What outcomes can I expect?

We will be honest: we do not promise specific outcomes, because every child is different. What we promise is the richest, most joyful foundation, delivered with real rigour. Parents often notice many positive changes in their child, including development of tangible skills across language, problem solving, physical movement, memory, creativity, reading and math. But we measure success by joy and curiosity, never a benchmark.

What is the Playkit, and do I need to buy anything extra?

A large box of beautifully made, age-appropriate materials, created for our curriculum and used in your sessions. Included in your plan, never charged extra, and yours to keep. No add-ons or upsells.

Do we need to continue through every stage, or can we do just one?

You are never committed to the whole journey. Every quarter is a complete program in its own right, so your child gains something whole in as little as three months, and you continue only for as long as you choose.

6 - PLANS, PRICING, AND COMMITMENT
How much does Pathway cost?

Priced simply and transparently, with a plan for every stage and frequency, and the Playkit always included. You will find the full breakdown on our Plans and Pricing page.

What is the minimum commitment, and can I stop later?

A single quarter. We reserve your coach and weekly slots for whatever you book, so the quarter(s) you are in is/are committed, but once a plan ends there is no obligation to continue.

Can I reschedule a session if we travel or my child is unwell?

We try to be flexible, subject to your coach's availability. Your weekly slot usually carries forward at the same time each week. Let us know about travel in advance, and if your child falls ill we reschedule rather than push.

What if I want to pause or cancel?

Because your coach and slots are reserved the moment you enrol, a booked quarter(s) is/are committed, so we are not able to offer cancellations or refunds within it. On our year-long plans, a temporary pause can be arranged.

7 - WHERE WE OPERATE
Which cities and areas do you serve?

Pathway is currently available across all neighbourhoods of Mumbai, with more cities launching soon. If you would like Pathway in your city, do let us know.

What if you cannot service my area?

In the rare case that we cannot reach your location, we refund you in full, no questions asked. So you can book your Starter Experience with complete confidence.

I am outside your cities, what are my options?

You can still begin today with Prodigy Launchpad, our self-guided program. It shares the same philosophy and a similar foundational curriculum, built entirely around convenience: screen-free, just five minutes a day.

8 - OTHER QUESTIONS
Why do you call it "Prodigy"? Are you training kids to be prodigies?

No. We beliebe that every child is born with remarkable capacity, not because we expect remarkable performance. "Prodigy" is about the potential every child already holds, and "Superstar" is how you already see them.

Do you offer a more private or bespoke arrangement for families who need it?

Yes. Some families prefer a more private, customised arrangement, whether for security, public visibility, or deeper continuity. Just enquire privately, and we will take it from there.

How do I reach you if I have another question?

Email us at support@raisingsuperstars.in, or message your program manager directly. We typically respond within 24 hours.
